Training Class Terms and Conditions

Following are the terms and conditions of the Training Class. By registering for the class, you are agreeing to accept the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. If you have any questions, please email us at trainings@sonicevolution.ae

Registering for a class

All class registrations must be made via our online registration system. Space in Smaart training classes is often limited and will be allocated on a “first-come, first-served” basis. We recommend registering early to guarantee a spot in the class. If you, or your organization, cannot register online please contact trainings@sonicevolution.ae to arrange an alternate registration/payment method.

Paying for a class

Payment for the class fee is due in-full after the registration. You will receive a mail with the payment link to complete your payment by your desired method.

Class fees cover your attendance at the class, breakfast and lunch. Travel and accommodations are not included in the class fee.

Smaart Software Licenses for Class Attendees

Each registered class attendee is entitled to a discount on a new license of Smaart software, or an upgrade from a previous version.

You will receive a coupon code via email at the end of class which can be used on our online store to purchase a discounted license. Class coupons are valid for 90 days after the class end-date.

For Early Bird Smaart Discount : No refund of fee is applicable.

Confirmation

You will receive an enrollment and payment acknowledgment via email within 48 hours of enrolling in a class.

Waiting List

If a class is full, you have the option to join the wait-list for the class. If spaces open up in the class, those spaces will be offered via e-mail to the people on the wait-list in the order that they signed up. Once offered a spot in the class, you will have 48 hours to accept the spot and submit payment or else we will move on to the next name on the wait-list.

Cancellations / No-Shows

• Cancellations received more than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the class start date will receive a full refund of your class registration payment.
• Cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the class start date will receive a refund of 75% of your class registration payment.
• If you purchased a Smaart license as part of your registration and you cancel (irrespective of the time frame), you will forfeit the special attendee discount on your Smaart license, and your payment will be settled as per the MRP.
• Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the class start date, or class no-shows, will not receive a refund.

Audio and Video Recordings of the Course

Any form of Audio and/or Video recording of the training session in not permitted unless a prior written permission for the same has been taken from the Instructor and the organisers.
